I'm looking for your help with Breakfast Ideas for my two toddlers - both notably picky eaters (although this doesn't sway me from offering new foods). We're in a rut of pancakes, french toast sticks, waffles and (eek!) pop tarts. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

We do lots of fresh fruit in the morning: blueberries, oranges, bananas, and apples are our faves.
The fresh fruit usually accompanies one of these things: eggs with feta cheese or any cheese, english muffins with peanut butter and jelly, oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar, and homemade muffins--easy to make on a Sunday and eat off all week.

We usually do squeezable yogurt. If you buy Stonyfield organic yogurt, it's thin enough to drink through a straw. I just pop a straw in the end, and the girls can do it all themselves.
We also do string cheese, bananas, Kix cereal (in baggies if we're in a hurry), muffins, and apple slices.
We do yogurt on the weekends w/ fruit, and dry cereal as a snack while she plays.
For myself, and I bet the kids would love it too, but you can make egg 'muffins' just spray Pam into a muffin pan, and add eggs w/ veggies/meat, whatever you like, bake at 350 for 20min and BAM! breakfast they'll last all week too. If you reheat them, be careful, as they could explode in the microwave.
We do cereal, dry usually, sometimes with milk. I let him choose some Golden Grahams or Fruity Cheerios to go with the plain Cheerios or Kix for a fun mix. English Muffins. Bagels. Bacon. Eggs. I do huge batches of pancakes, waffles or French Toast each weekend, then freeze the leftovers to eat during the week. Yogurt or fruit smoothies with a yogurt in them, served in a Sili Squeeze for fun. William also likes "egg toast" where you cut a shape out of the bread, then put an egg in it and fry it all. He also sometimes likes a PB&J. And circle eggs, where I don't scramble the eggs, but let it puff into the shape of the circle Pyrex I put in the microwave, or when I make an "omelet" for him, that's basically a scrambled egg I don't mix, so it's thin and a circle in the pan on the stove. Sausage is usually a hit. Biscuits always do well, so we can do a biscuit with a meat and egg, not a sandwich, but together.

We do a lot of eggs, sometimes with canadian bacon because it's quick.
I often make up a batch of eggs and whatever we want in them and pour them into mini muffin tins. Bake until they're done at 350*. The kids love anything mini.
Occasionally I'll also make up blueberry flax muffins or some kind of banana bran muffins. As long as it has some good fiber. They freeze so you can make a big batch and have them for qute a while.
Also I saw a recipe for quinoa and egg muffins. I haven't tried tha tone yet.
On those rushed mornings, I sometimes opt for Nutri-Grain bars. Not that they're the perfect breakfast food, but certainly more nutritious than Pop Tarts (which my kids would probably choose every day if they could).
I remember you mentioning they loved smoothies. Maybe make some with oats or spinach and freeze them? We also do eggs, oatmeal, cereal bars, oatmeal squares, yogurt and fresh fruit.
