As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cleaning people and cancellation fee's
If you have a cleaning person and if you cancel on your cleaning date do you pay a fee? I am wondering if this is normal in the house cleaning industry. Thanks

ETA: Perhaps it's a single person, not an actual company who would lose out on business elsewhere and that's why the charge the fee? Still seems weird though.

I've never done it on day of. I have done it the day before, asked her if she could just skip that week and reschedule. She's never charged me.
I've also had her skip when we're on vacation and again, never a fee.
