Your post in the food avoidance thread caught my attention because I follow pretty much the same diet. It's nice to know I'm not alone lol! All of these changes have taken place in the past year (or even more recently) and I was just wondering, what DO you eat? I feel a billion times better eating this way, it's all but eliminated my bloat, migraines, poor digestion, cramps, acne, etc., but sometimes I feel a little bored with what I eat.

Any suggestions? Blogs? Cookbooks? Do you eat a lot of tofu/tempeh/processed fake meats? I'm still hesitant to make the jump on those..just never tried them before.
