Is anyone watching The Voice?

dh and I just die laughing at BS's outbursts, his humor is so raw and real and we love him.  I think they must do a marathon day of filming the auditions though because all of the shows the coaches wore the same clothes, it took me three to notice but then I couldn't stop noticing.  And I echo Trew's sentiments on Xtina's bewbs-but those puppies away girl.  But I did love how she jumped up and sang with that gal last night.

DH and I don't watch much reality TV, but we've gotten into The Voice this season.  It's the most genuine of any of the reality or performance-based shows.  Even my mom started watching with us while she was visiting last week and now she is hooked.  I like the banter of all the judges but I totally agree that we could all do without having to stare at Christina's clevage (or practically her whole boob) every week.

And DH had the best comment last night when Christina got up to sing with that girl.  He was like "Oh wow, she can really sing!"  Apparently he didn't realize that Christina has an amazing voice and is actually talented and not just a product of the recording studio.  He was seriously so surprised!

And I'm not even a music person....  I only listen to country, sports radio, and my medical spanish cds. I'm weird. 

But I watched the first episode after the superbowl and got hooked. I knew who Blake Shelton was, but only that I liked a couple of his songs. Knew Xtina, had no clue who Ceelo or Adam were. 

But I really enjoy the show so far. The vocalists are amazing- I like that they don't waste your time with embarrassing or really horrible singers. 

I am TOTALLY in love with Blake. He is hilarious and sexy. 

I think the set up is really interesting as far as competition, and all 4 personalities are polar opposites.

We caught a marathon a few weeks ago on E! and got hooked. We both really like Adam and Cee-lo. I'm not one top listen to Cee-lo's music but his personality is great! I really like that they go for different singers and not just another strong vocalist.

I admit that I watch (and enjoy it).  What is up with Cee-lo stroking that fluffy cat when he does post-selection interview comments?  I have to admit that it is weird even for him.

Ha!  dd1 watches with us and last night she said something about it being Austin Powers-esque and creepy.  He is just over the top eccentric.

This!! I don't know anything about Cee-lo, so I didn't know if that was normal. lololol.

I try to catch it, but I didn't notice the continuity of their outfits.  Maybe I should stop multi-tasking when it is on.  They have some great talent this year!

The Voice is my favorite show on tv and the only reality show that we watch.  I love watching the judges fight over the contestants.  It cracks me up.  Blake and Adam are two of the funniest tv personalities, ever.  Plus, I just love Adam's personality in general.  He's also pretty cute.    Christina wasn't very funny last night but she usually does a better job of picking on the other judges.
