Any wedding planners in here?
What is something you use on a daily basis, or something you could not live without. I'm trying to find some gift ideas for a wedding planner. The budget is around $300

Hmmm...for me personally, I would most appreciate a g/c to a spa. I rarely have the time to go indulge on something like that so being given a g/c sort of forces me to do it.
Other than that, other gifts I've received from clients include a handful of Tiffany items, personalized items (stationery and an iPhone case w/my logo on it) and some James Avery jewelry. I've also gotten a couple of nice albums of the couple's wedding photos.
Oh, and you can't go wrong with cold hard cash, either (if you're giving it as a gratuity).
I would benefit from either the cash or a spa gift card as well. That said, me personally, I'm picky about my spas. I have no way of knowing if your coordinator might be specific about that kind of thing, but it's worth considering.
If she/he has said anything specific about what they like, that might be something to consider when gifting to them. It's always nice to show you were listening to things they may have said
