Seriously, it's not like any of us were nasty or anything. We just said wait and a few of us questioned her age.
And yes, I put her in the 18-22 age range. Ah, to be youthful again...

Yeah, that was interesting. Did she ever say how old as was? Maybe I'm just a stuck up biitch, but if you can't afford a night at an indoor water park, you probably shouldn't be planning a honeymoon, or a wedding!
No you aren't the only who thinks that. If you can't afford a wedding - much less $200 for a hotel room for a night - maybe you need to re-think your priorities. And I'm sorry, but if her FI isn't contributing at all either, then how is he as a partner for those big things?
I was too cheap for a $1000 cake, lol.
Our wedding on a budget for 160 guests was still about 15k tho, 1000 seems impossible.
...come to think of it, XH and I spent more than our wedding budget on travel each of the last five years! I guess that's why I spend my time here instead of on TheKnot! Haha!

Her: "Help me! I am planning and paying for a wedding all by myself with just $1000 because my dull fiance won't even give me more than $50 to help. I want to take a honeymoon now even though we have no money because my mom says that if we don't go now, we never will. I want to use all the money we'll get from our wedding guests but my fiance says we shouldn't count on getting any. My fiance never likes to go anywhere but I like waterparks and animals, so I looked at some water park in Sandusky, and that was too expensive. Then I looked at Vegas cause I heard it's really cheap but I couldn't find a way to afford that either."
Board: "Lots of us took delayed honeymoons when we could afford them and do it right. If you make it a priority and save all the money you get plus a little from each check, you could take a trip in a few months."
Her: "But I want to go now cause momma says if we don't go now we never will!"
Us: "How old are you?"
