I wondered over to the board and I saw your response.
We showed our townhouse on Saturday and we had a verbal offer the same day - we by chance found a place in Branch Woods subdivision in Garner - we are coming down this Sunday to meet with our realtor.
what area did you move from ? what do you guys do in Morrisville ?
we are moving April 7 -- our Easter dinner will most likely be coming from Dominos !
