survived my first two-a-day!

I am (probably unwisely) signed up for my first triathlon April 28th and now with the new bike, can enter the world of two a days, oh yay!

30 minutes easy this morning on the trainer just to check fit, etc.  I don't have a cycling computer yet, so I have no idea how far I went, but I was just pleased after seven years of not riding to be able to do 30 minutes continuously!

Then after dropping the girls off at MDO and the dogs off at the vet, I went and did intervals, 5 x 800 at the track.

And somehow, after that, went to the gym and lifted weights before going to get my hair cut and almost falling asleep in the stylist's chair, LOL.

I'm pretty well exhausted now but I did survive!
