Why do I insist on making myself watch this each week when I know I'm going to have a cry fest?
Two weeks in a row now....nothing but tears.

Is it sad that I'm actually really annoyed and disappointed by this episode?
All the loose ends were tied up in perfect little bows.
BLAH!
ETA: I still cried when Victor walked up. Damn this show

I sort of feel the same way, just kinda meh. I mean, I'm glad that everyone's happy, but I'm not sure everything was very logical. Oh well.
Question about Haddie though - so is she still going to Cornell? Is she just going to be a guest star in the future then?
But how is Haddie going to go to college if they don't sell? Are they really going to take out loans for her?
I cried with Zoe, "you changed my life"
I cried with Victor
I cried with Sarah, but man, Sarah, you are SO removed from your child's life that you have NO IDEA how serious things are between Drew and Amy, and doesn't very much seem to care
I cannot get enough of this show.
I hate Jasmine... she is seriously nuts. Although she appears to be mellowing (at least with wedding stuff). I felt so bad for Lily and Joe.
I'm glad Adam didn't sell the Luncheonette out from under Crosby. I think Crosby handled it like a baby and should have helped Adam talk through the offers and figure out how he can proceed financially without selling... but that's Crosby.
I really don't get the big deal about Haddie. If she wants to go to Cornell, she has to know she's going to have to take out loans to do it. Lots of people take out loans for college... it's normal. And the argument about no need-based aid because of Adam's old job - that would only happen for her first year. If he's not making money still the next time they file the FAFSA, it would be adjusted. His formerly good job will not mean they never qualify for aid... (clearly I take this show too seriously, ha!)
I hope Amber and Bob can work together until the end of the campaign. And then I hope that she gets a different job and they can be together. And Kristina needs to chill out... Bob isn't married. Amber isn't underage. They were doing nothing wrong... sure, it makes work awkward and you want them to end the relationship if they're both working there. But there's no need to say you lost respect for the guy because he likes a girl! It's not like he got her drunk and was taking advantage. They like each other. They were not at work when it happened. NBD.
I really like Mark and Sarah. I'm glad he proposed. Sarah is really removed from Drew, but honestly, what teenage boy really talks to his mom about having sex with his girlfriend?
Victor is a little boy whos mother went to jail and put him up for adoption to keep him out of the foster system. Joel and Julia are adopting him (assuming things work out - just met him at the end of the episode).
I'd normally feel the same way about this, but since they still don't know if the show is returning, I kind of appreciated their attempt to not leave anything hanging. I hate when shows have this huge cliff hanger & then never come back.
He's not a baby, he looked like he was like 8 or so, so not the baby they wanted, but still a child none the less.
I liked the episode and I agree w/ whoever said "what teenage boy talks to his mom about sex", that's right on. I'm in no way an advocate for teenage sex, but I think Drew and Amy are seriously cute together. Everything was kind of tied up in a neat little bow, but I was happy with how it all ended.
When Joel looked over at Julia during the party, the look in his eyes made me tell MH, "Oh, that's a baby-making look right there."
Then, it showed Drew and his girl and MH said, "No, no... THAT is a baby-making look!". I was LMAO.
I really hope Drew doesn't get that girl pregnant.
This show makes me cry every week!
I really hope it gets renewed for another season, but I'm worried it won't.
I am so happy with how they resolved the Julia and Joel story. I was so worried she would miraculously get pregnant. I cried when Victor showed up too, it was such a great ending.
I really liked Lily and I hate Jasmine so I'm not too happy about that part. Plus, its stupid to me that they just jumped right into a wedding. Sure, things are great now, you just got back together, but remember when Jasmine was such a raging *** and Crosby had sex with someone else last time they tried this? I like them each separately but I hate them together.
Mark is so sweet and I would love for him and Sarah to work out, but the kid issue is a huge one, and often a dealbreaker, if not now than in the future. I don't see this ending well.
If they renew the show can they please do something with Haddie's hair? Its just awful.
I don't care, I love Bob and Amber, and I hope they can get together once the campaign is over.

I liked it. There were slight cliffhangers since we don't know if Sarah says yes or what is going to go on with Victor.
I feel like their season finales are always like this.
I cried during Adam's speech, laughed so hard during their fight, cried with Julia/Zoe, and also with Sarah/Mark. I just love this show so much and hope they bring it back.
ITA! It's awful. Max also is in need of a haircut. At one point, they looked like they had the same haircut and it was so terrible.
That was my thought the whole time they were showing them yesterday.
season 2, she turned into bridezilla

I forgot about the fight! That was hilarious. I loved everyone's reactions too.

I thought Adam and crosby's fight was funny too, but Adam's speech-really going to talk about the business thing in front of everyone at the guy's wedding? I dunno.
The whole Haddie-going-to-college thing is annoying me too. Loans, and I am sure mom and dad can pay for some plus she work.....why won't Crosby just let Adam sell his part?
Haddie looked like a grandma once again.
I am happy for J and J adopting Victor. I thought Zoey coming back was kinda eh for me, not that touching or anything, all the good Zoey moments were last week.
Sarah and Marc? I dunno either.
Is this show supposed to get cancled? Really?
I am pretty sure it will get renewed, it has high ratings. Ausiello will put up his renewal scorecard soon I'm sure, but I don't really think this show is "on the bubble."
I thought last week's episode was better, far more emotional for me really. They did tie up some story lines, but left other dangling a bit. Joel and Julia are essentially just acting as foster parents to Victor, it will take time and termination of his mother's (and father's if in the picture still) parental rights before they can legally adopt. It sounded like a foster to adopt situation to me.
Sarah and Mark, we didn't get an answer from her because he has been cast in a new pilot so he may not be able to come back to the show in the fall depending on if the show gets picked up.
Haddie can suck it up and take out student loans like most middle class kids do.
I thought the Bob/Amber storyline was kinda dumb, can't she just find another job if she really wants to be with him? Who cares, lol.

I thought the adoption counselor lady said that Victor's mom had terminated her parental rights so he wouldn't have to go into the foster care system or something?
I can't remember if she said she's terminated rights yet, but the kid will have some say on if he wants them to adopt him, usually they do a trial with the potential family first which was what I assumed they were doing.
maybe they will FF between seasons again and it will all be finalized by the time the next season starts.

Wow, what an episode.
I still don't like how Crosby and Jasmine ditched their perfectly good mates to get back with eachother...I think that's lame.
I also think they should have just sold the damn music studio! With that kind of money, you could open like 7 more music studios if you really felt like it, and STILL have financial security in the meantime.
I have the weirdest feeling that Zoe will puss out on being a mother and come back and drop the baby on their doorstep or something! She was soooo ill-prepared for motherhood; babies need more than love and she didn't even have a job!
I can't get behind this. Bob is the most important person in the office, sleeping with a subordinate, in the middle of a campaign. (a) It is inappropriate for him to be sleeping with his employee (regardless of it is in the office or not) and (b) it could be super damaging to his campaign. Remember those other interns who all didn't like her in the first place? They could get jealous and decide to expose him for sleeping with an intern-turned-assistant. They could say she was an inexperienced, uneducated intern who got her original role through nepotism and her promotion through sexual favors and attention. And Kristina's response, both as an aunt and especially as a campaign manager are understandable. I don't understand how someone WOULDN'T see anything wrong with it.
It could be especially damaging when voters find out that Amber was involved in an underage drinking accident! Not to mention, their relationship seems totally forced to me...a guy like Bob would NEVER date a girl like Amber. I mean, give me a break!
This is exactly what I was thinking!!
Here is something random I noticed that hasn't been discussed...
Sarah's hair kept changing from one scene to the next. Sometimes it was up, sometimes down.
Drove me nuts! Bad editing!
This...100%!
