Help me find something to bake today

We got a nasty ice/snow storm today so LO and I aren't leaving the house. I want to bake, I am thinking cupcakes, but most recipes I am finding call for more then 2 sticks of butter. I have  sticks and 1 brick of cream cheese. I have almost everything else.

Any good recipes?

What about red velvet whoopie pies?  It's not exactly cupcakes, but it calls for less than 2 sticks of butter and uses the cream cheese.

I'm a SUCKER for nutella, I am not sure I could withhold and not eat all these myself and save some to send with DH to work.
