Exclusionary behavior--what do you do?
My daughter mentioned that she has been "running away" from a girl in her class when the girl tries to sit by her (why? because she's someone else's "BFF"). I lost it but let my husband do the talking. Obviously, I don't know if it will help or not since it only happens at school (that I have ever noticed; she's pretty shy when we're at other activities).
Is there anything else I can do to nip this right now?

awwwww.
Kids do this. I would tell her it's just not nice to run away from people and you can have many good/best friends!
