Meyer Lemon Recipes?
Anyone have any Meyer Lemon recipes? I couldn't resist buying them at the grocery store since they looked great and I hear good things about them. I have a couple of pretty good lemon recipes, but I'm not sure how they'ld work if I substituted Meyer Lemons in for regular lemons. -I'm up for pretty much anything from a simple dessert to a marinade.

I've substituted meyer lemons for regular lemons, but the end result will be sweeter and less tart. That said, I didn't mind the substitution in these Lemon Bars.
Meyer Lemon Sugar Cookies
And for something savory, Red Trout Fillets with Meyer Lemon - if you can't find trout, any mild fish would be good, like cod or tilapia.
