Philly Cheesesteak Soup- super easy and super yummy
steak, cut into small pieces (or you can buy stew meat)
1 onion
1 bell pepper
mushrooms
4 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
Parsley
Garlic
(and I add a little cajun seasoning, because to me everything's better a little spicy)
provolone or swiss cheese
Either combine all ingredients except cheese in crockpot or cook meat, veggies, and garlic, stir in liquids, season and let simmer. Like any soup, the longer it cooks the better. Top with cheese.
