New to the Houston Nestie board
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been reading this board for awhile. My husband and I moved from Michigan to the Clear Lake area last August. DH took a new job and I transferred within my company. It has been a BIG adjustment as we have no family here. Anyway, just wanted to say HI!

Dh and I are from PA and are the same boat where we have no family here either. I agree, it is a huge adjustment. For me it was more because we came from a town maybe the size of Katy and are not use to 8 ln highways and big cities. We visited NYC and DC, but certainly never a type of place I saw myself living.

My husband and I just moved back to MI from Sugar Land. It's quite an adjustment for sure! We really liked it though, and I miss it.

I'm in Clearlake too! We just moved in last week from northern Indiana and it is a big change! There's so much to do lol
