I just booked our summer family vacation (Virginia Beach). Besides the beach and some pirate boat deal I'm looking for other kid friendly things to do in that area. Recs?
We've been to Colonial Williamsburg before and DH doesn't want to go there again (he didn't care for it even though I thought it was fun) so we are especially looking for a "big" day outing at least one day during the trip. I was thinking Busch Gardens. I've never been there. Our kids will be 4.5 and 1.5 at the time of the trip. I looked at the rides online and there seems to be a few rides my 1.5 year old will be able to go on, but I always find "real life" advice more helpful. Is there enough for us to do there as a family with a 1.5 year old to make it worth the price? The whole Italy, France, etc sections seems cool...
