We make homemade flatbread pizza fairly regularly:

Without tomato sauce: 

1. Thin sliced apples, smoked gouda and caramelized onions
2. Shrimp, BBQ sauce sauteed shallots with just alittle shreded cheese
3. Artichoke hearts, mushrooms and swiss cheese
4. diced tomatos, basil and fresh mozzerella
5. thin sliced figs, fresh mozzerella and goat cheese

With tomato sauce

1. Roasted red peppers and goat cheese
2. 4X4 four kinds of mushrooms and four kinds of cheese
3. jalapeno, sweet onions, monterey jack

We often stick with pepperoni at home - it is classic for a reason!

My favorite to order has garlic oil sauce, chicken, sliced tomato, spinach and romano cheese - it was dinner just last night!

Last night I made a pizza with a little bit of tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and goat cheese.  It was so good.

During the summer I'll grill pizzas with pesto, mozz, and tomato.

Basically anything we have around the house.

i almost never make my own pizza. i live on long island. we ahve some of the best in the world. no need

anyway-faves-buffalo mozzarella and marinara, eggplant, mushrooms etc..

I prefer white pizza  with bacon and pineapple. But trader joes makes this flat bread pizza I would love to try to make one day it's caramelized onion ham and gruy?re It's so good.

brie, caramelized onions, pear, spinach and pecans

BBQ chicken, chicken, BBQ sauce, pizza seasoning, red onions, lots of cheese and cilantro.

gruyere, spinach, artichokes, parm, roasted garlic (maybe roasted eggplant when we have it).

fav deep dish to make at home:  pesto sauce, mozzerella, lots of fresh diced tomatoes on top

I love Pizza Hut's Chicken Club Pizza... but haven't been able to find a good copycat recipe.  I think it's the sauce.  But we tried this and it was pretty good -

Alfredo sauce, chopped spinach, cubed chicken, chopped tomato, & crumbled bacon.

If anyone has a better one for this I'd love to have it! I've been experimenting with 2 different pizza stones - a typical stone type, and a glazed stone.  What types of crust is everyone using?

Typical real homemade pizza for us is half pepperoni half black olives, mushrooms and green peppers. If we're using packaged cheese - it must be Sargento Whole Milk Mozzarella - so good.

I also enjoy making buffalo chicken pizza which I actually make on naan. Chicken tossed with your fav buffalo sauce (we use already cooked rotesserie chicken for weeknight quick dinner with Frank's with some diced or miced garlic), then a light coating of ranch (or bleu cheese) on the naan, top with chicken, sprinkle with whole milk mozzarella (or crumbled bleu cheese too), in the oven to heat up.
