What do you have to AW about this week?
My AW is that I am officially at the lowest weight that I have been at since since college. I was down to this exact weight this past summer, but never made it any lower and then I managed to gain all of it back. I am completely motivated to keep on eating healthy and I plan on sticking with this diet!

Honestly, I'm really just trying to eat healthy. I guess you could say I'm going low carb, but I'm really just trying to eat more lean proteins and veggies and I'm cutting back on the crappy carbs (mostly just the processed stuff, not so much the fruit).

My AW is so small...but it's huge to me. I took DD#2 to Trader Joes for the first time, all by myself! And she did great.
(This is huge because TJs is sorta far away and she generally hates the carseat, especially when she is alone in the back seat.)
I clearly need to get out more often.

My AW is BR, James is cutting his first tooth. Can't see it yet but I can feel the little sharp edge poking through.
Good job Kzoo! I'm jealous! I have been running on the treadmill and all I've done is gain 2 pounds.
My AW is that after our ring debacle at Christmas and all the searching we have done to replace my Christmas gift, we have decided to have a ring made. The same jeweler that made my wedding band will be making it. I won't have it for a few weeks, but it's going to be awesome! And a little more spendy than we thought we would spend. so it will be my birthday present as well.
You've probably just gained muscle... That is definitely a good thing! Muscle burns more calories!

Notthebride- going out with lo is always an accomplishment- I have small victory parties in my head each time- seriously! Especially when I have both and we have a good time.
Everyone has great AW this week
Latte- a woman I met told me she didn't see results from working out and eating right for 6 weeks- then the weight just fell off. This also happened for me. I worked out for 1+ months with nothing and I sat there watching dh lose lots right away. Then I lost 8lbs in a few weeks! Keep it up and don't get discouraged....
