I can not eat another egg.
I've been trying omletes, frittatas, and such, but I'm not an egg fan, and I just can't eat this crap any longer. Please, help me think of high protein, low-sugar/bad carb breakfast ideas. Today, I'm having cucumber roll-ups with ham and a side of lf string cheese. Yesterday, I had a piece of turkey sausage and cheese. Any ideas?
In positive news, I lost 3lbs this week. (braggy brag)
Re: Breakfast help
What about a healthy home made granola bar?

One of those that has nuts in it will give you some protein, and the whole grains are the good carbs. Best part about making it is that you'll be able to amp up the things you want and eliminate and substitute for what you don't.
Stand up for something you believe in.
I was going to suggest homemade granola bars as well! Or maybe just a smoothie with ice, yogurt, fruit, and spinach? Or one with plain yogurt, bananas, and peanut butter?
My breakfast faves are:
Chobani greek yogurt (made in home town!) and granola or fruit
Oatmeal
....and now I'm stuck because you said lowcarb and my next faves would be french toast, breakfast sandwiches and pancakes.
You could do a breakfast burrito though with a light flour tortilla, cheese and meat sans eggs if you're sick of them.
Nuts like almonds and walnuts.
I think this is a good suggestion. You could do roasted/sauteed veggies, turkey sausage, and swiss. And since you're avoiding bad carbs, maybe a whole wheat tortilla or a spinach one?

Oh, I like the breakfast burrito idea. I've been making wraps with pb and fruit, but I'm out of ww wraps right now. I'll have to get more!
Oatmeal is normal go-to of mine, but I've been trying to get more protein and veggies in the morning vs. carbs and fruit.
