I'm thankful for the free tickets that got H to agree to attend the symphony this weekend.  He usually resists anything that doesn't involve his family or isn't his idea.  I can't wait to go do something I like to do.  He likes the symphony, too, but just resists and resists any time I bring it up.

I'm thankful that I have an amazing husband. He was "the strong one" when he had Jack's tooth incident, he's fixed more things in this darn house than I care to count, and he just indulged my desire to move our incredibly heavy sofa...again.

I'm also thankful for avocados.
