We are headed out and about with the ever-awesome CherryVixen this weekend to see what we can see in the central Denver area that might meet our needs and fit our budget.  Super excited about that, for sure!

However, since we are also considering the northern burbs, I am trying to find other areas outside of the McKay Landing, Broadlands, tiny little area around that part of Broomfield that are worth checking out.

There's bunches in our hood. We don't have a pool, but we have tons of parks and I love our neighborhood. There's one just a couple doors down - I'll PM you the listing. We could be neighbors

i live in Broomfield, and live in RedLeaf and LOVE IT.  we live in the cheapo homes, but there are some nicer bigger homes with yards that are affordable too.  check them out. serriously!

I like RedLeaf!  Is there a pool there, or just the rec center close by?  (If I am going to move to the burbs, I am really hoping there will be an HOA funded pool in our hood...  Although we could just poach Wildgrass's pools from Nana and Pop. )

there is no pool.  but that means low HOA fees!  I poach a pool from a friend, and there is also the Broomfield Bay which is fun with kiddos.  And Cooper would have a play friend with Molly. Plus I'm super fun.  And you are super fun.  and we both love liquid cheese.  it's a match made in heaven.  Move to redleaf!

Our old place was in Crofton Park - just a smidge closer to 120th on Lowell than Redleaf. Super-close to NicB; she's still pissed we moved to the city.
