Anyone vacation on LBI? (specifically Beach Haven)
I'lm looking for recs on accomodations. Not sure if we should rent a house or do a hotel. We want Beach Haven because of Fanstasy Island and the whole kid-friendly vibe.

I love the Beach Haven section of LBI. I've stayed at the Engleside Inn. I definitely recommend it... it was clean, has a pool, and is on the beach. We had a room with a living room area and it had a really nice sized balcony.

I would look into a house......the hotels are expensive and book fast and usually there is a three night minimum. I have actually never done the hotel thing there but have heard you can't really go wrong with Engleside or The Seashell.
Also I have heard the Spray Beach in and Coral Seas are decent...
