Hi Everyone! Former knottie here. My husband and I have started the process of purchasing a home. We were pre approved for a loan and starting looking at homes. We put a offer in on a home (foreclosure), the bank countered our bid, and we countered back. Now I am sitting here waiting on a response! So I thought this might be a good time to join you ladies. I look forward to learning from you all!
