freezer meal recipes for pork tenderloin & tilapia?

I have two pork tenderloins I want to make into freezer meals for my friend who is having her second in a few weeks.  I'd like marinades or rubs so they can just throw them in the oven/on the stove or grill and be done with the main course (I have a bunch of other main dishes and have made some different sides for them as well).  I found this Balsalmic Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin recipe that I'm going to make but I'd like to do something different with the other one.  Most things I'm finding need to be browned/have a sauce/something else that's complicated. I have no idea what to do with the tilapia. I bought it already frozen so I'm thinking of packaging a rub/seasoning seperately or throwing it in a bag with marinade.  Any ideas?

  • I am sorry to disappoint but fish doesn't reheat well so I generally avoid freezer meals with fish.
  • well the fish is already frozen so your best bet is to leave it frozen and leave it alone until you want to defrost/cook. dont defrost, put a rub, and then refreeze.

This is definitely what I was planning to do.  I always make 'harder' tilapia I guess and don't have any idea what seasonings/marinades to use.
