Adjusting pie recipe for 9x13 pan?
My niece wants a banana cream pie for her birthday. There will be around 15-18 of us at dinner, so a pie won't be enough. I was thinking I'd make it in a 9x13 pan instead. See link for recipe I'm considering...do you think doubling it will make enough?

I found this on Pinterest the other day: Baking Tin Size Conversion Calculator
That should help you figure out whether just doubling would work, or if you need to do more.

I thought of that, and might still do that, but thought it would be more birthday-like if I stuck to one item.
I'll check out that converter...thanks!
