My H&F fail confession

Today, was supposed to be a run day...actually, I was supposed to run yesterday, but Wednesday nights I volunteer, so I don't get home till 8pm, & I just refuse to go for a run then...atleast, for now while its winter & its dark out @ 8. Maybe once it starts staying lighter later I'll feel more comfortable running that late.....

So, I didn't run yesterday when I was supposed to, then I met co-workers for breakfast@ Subway this am (& I was good, I don't think the english muffin I got was bad, I didn't calculate the WW pts yet, but I used egg whites!)

Then, I had pizza....& onion rings @ lunch b/c we were celebrating a co-workers last day....& then I met a friend for drinks after work....So, nevertheless, I didn't go for a run tonight either.

Mega FAIL! Gr!

Re: My H&F fail confession

  • Bah, one day off never hurt anyone, unless you were training for a serious event. Drink extra water to get rid of the sodium, and get out there and run. I'm over 200lbs, really need to lose weight, am in a BL contest at work, and I refuse to kick myself over a day off. It's not worth it. :)
