Planned Eating and Exercise for Friday

Because the nest works again!

B: left over vegetable and hashbrown frittata
S1: banana
L: left over barley, lentil and mushroom stew with left over biscuit, apple
S2: plain chobani, nature valley oats 'n dark chocolate
S3: plain almonds
D: tomato soup with grilled cheese wrap

E: Power 90 Master Series - Sculpt Phase 5 & Ab Ripper 200 before work

  • B - oatmeal with sliced fruit, chia seeds, pb, + coffee w/milk

    S - protein smothie

    L - spaghetti + veggies with yogurt dip + fruit

    S - cashews + fruit

    D - chicken yakisoba + wine

    E - 10 mile run

  • B: Bran flakes, Fiber One & Grape Nuts w/ banana in skim milk

    L: Kidney beans, cheese & veggies on multi-grain, cauliflower w/ hummus, rosemary & feta chips

    S: Apple, yogurt w/ granola

    D: In the car =( Black beans, chipotle sauce, cheese & veggies in a wrap, sides/snacks tbd

    E: Day off

  • TGIF! 

    B: chex & golden grahams in skim milk

    S: banana

    L: egg salad (1 hb egg + 1 hb egg whites, 1T low fat mayo, s&p) on ww, an apple, some pickle chips

    S: lf cottage cheese or a non fat greek yogurt and some grapes

    D: broiled tilapia filets, skillet potatoes, broccoli

    E: maybe yoga, maybe nothing at all.  I've only worked out twice this week (9 mile run tuesday and 8 mile run wednesday) but I am running 20 miles tomorrow morning so maybe an extra day of rest is best.  Especially since we will be running in 25mph winds.  We'll see how I feel when I get home.

    D: HH at a local place...probably wine and pizza?

  • Hot yoga and 30 mins HIIT on elliptical 
  • B: 2 eggs, grits w/salt and 1 tsp. butter, 2 slices ww toast (think thin, anemic toast served at a restaurant) w/2 tsp. grape jelly

    L: cheese sandwich on ww w/pickles and mustard, Chobani Blood Orange Greek yogurt

    S1: ww crackers, hot tea

    S2: ?

    D: We are going out for sushi. I hate sushi, so I'll order something off the menu. 

    E: None, planned day off. Still sick. 

  • B1: coffee and a granola bar

    E: 4.4 mile pace run. So mad at Nike+ for eating 1/4 mile Angry

    B2: more coffee, orange juice, Greek yogurt

    S: banana

    L: cheese pizza

    S: hummus & carrots

    D: tilapia topped with an herbed breadcrumb-almond mixture, cous cous, and salad or veggies, pineapple, probably something else before I go to bed

  • Well, since it's already 8:30, this is not planned but actual.

    B: Honey Bunches of Oats w/ almonds in 1% milk; coffee w/ milk and sugar

    L: Leftover chickpea, butternut squash and red lentil stew; a small handful of raw almonds; nonfat vanilla yogurt

    E: 2.5 mi run (it was too gorgeous to not be outside!)

    D: Pizza!  WW crust, butternut squash, carmelized onions, spinach and goat cheese.  And I'm on beer #3 because it's been that kind of a week.
