    Jeebus - there was a popup on every single page.  Obnoxious.  Anyway, some of those look needlessly complicated, and expensive!  But HIIT is certainly something I could incorporate. I guess I'd just call it speed training ;)

    Hmm, I didn't have any popups, sorry about that! 

    Yeah, some of them I don't think my gym would ever offer, but there were some cool ideas, I'd love to do the ropes one, I think that'd bea great workout.

  • I love the heavy ropes! I just started with a trainer and we've been using them - they make your arms/shoulders BURN!

    I agree . . . the rest (except for HIIT) seem expensive.

    Is HIIT basically the same as Tabata expect it's a 1 min interval rather than a 20 second and 10 second rest?

    Tabata intervals are only one of hundreds of kinds of intervals.
