Yeah, some of them I don't think my gym would ever offer, but there were some cool ideas, I'd love to do the ropes one, I think that'd bea great workout.
I love the heavy ropes! I just started with a trainer and we've been using them - they make your arms/shoulders BURN!
I agree . . . the rest (except for HIIT) seem expensive.
