  • HAHA! Ew no, feet is about one of the very few things we are not into. The doll we were looking at is cut off at the thighs.

Thank you, I will keep that in mind.

And that is interesting, I think I would love a job like that. =)

    It's a high-stress, high-sass workplace. It's awesome. :3

  • What's the best lube for anal? Sorry, I realize it's not exactly a toy.

    No worries, great question!

Do not use a numbing lube for anal, most especially if it's your first time. Pain is the way your body tells you something is wrong. Other than that, I always used water based lubricants.

You should never use oil with a condom, and silicone lubes can be hard to clean. Pink is one of my favorite lines. They are a great quality and very female friendly. The only warning for water-based lube is that you may need to reapply, but I think they're worth the effort.

    Did that help?

  • Pssh...I doubt y'all sell these...

  • Hey fellow adult industry expert :) I worked my stint at the Love Boutique in my early 20's and learned so much there, the district manager was really nice and taught me all about the toys are materials and such. It's been a long time since then and now online shops are really the place to go as I find the selection in some adult stores a little lackluster compared to online and the biggest factor is they are more expensive.

These days I frequent theadulttoyshop.com for my toys and vibes, it's one of the only stores with many photos of their vibrators. It's an edge over a real store since in my day, we were not allowed to remove the plastic wrapping (for hygienic reasons obviously) from the vibrators so the customer never really understood how they felt. However the online sex store has a big disadvantage. No matter where you shop, you never know how loud the toy is...

If I could give the edge to a bricks and mortar store, I would say you can go there and a good store will have some batteries behind the counter so they can put it in the motor, turn it on and you can feel in your hand how it vibrates and hear how loud it is.

That;s the big drawback of online shopping since you don;t really know how loud these things are and I have to say - some plastic vibrators are so noisy the distraction would be a huge turn-off in itself!

  • Like I would do with any other product I am unsure about, I would either go to a store to see it and then purchase it online (since it's cheaper) or read massive reviews.

The reason that I link to NiteTimeToys is that I know the prices there are looked over a few times a year and are tried to match it.

The sex toy industry is moving away from brick and mortar stores. They're too public, and, like you said, there is a better selection on the internet.

Is it true that you should have a vibrator for your vagina and one for anal play? I want this in writing, someone told me once that you don't. I'm pretty sure cross contamination would cause a yeast infection.

You can just use a condom on the same toy and change the rubber between holes. Although, you shouldn't necessarily be using the same one on both holes because of the shape--many vag toys are not shaped well for the back door and can get lost up there. Seriously. Indifferent

Only toys designed for anal play with a flared based should be used in the anus, think of it as a safety feature!

I also wouldn't swap toys between vagina and anus. Even with a condom on it.

(I sell sex toys and I tell my customers this)

cramarrity I have just received a new exclusive silicone water soluable lube - and I am quite excited about it. Not sure if there are more on the market. I work as an Independent Consultant with a toy company and we just got it. It is supposed to be great for anal play. Other than that we have a water based gel formula that we like too.

I also hear good things about a brand called Pur.
