I'm two days late and moderately panicked even though two days is not really that late. This is what I get for being terrified of BC bringing my teenaged depression back.

Depends how "on time" your cycle is. 2 days late is 2 days late if your cycle is like clockwork.
There are non-hormonal BC options. Condoms are cheap and easy to find.
If you don't want a kid, use some kind of contraceptive - easy peasy.

Since you've been stressing about it, that's probably throwing your body off. Two days isn't very much (but I've never been anywhere close to "regular" so maybe you're a clockwork kind of girl) so try not to worry too much.
