I'm on a very low fat diet due to my gallbladder surgery last week. DH is out so it's just me for dinner. I'm going to make some plain pasta (which I know I can eat), but I'd like to top it with something. I have most basics in the house, but I'm in dire need of a grocery trip. Any ideas for something low fat? TIA!
Re: Pasta Sauce Help
Hmmm..well, you know my history with my gall bladder surgery so I'd be super skeptical! Glad it sounds like you are having a better time than I did, though.
Maybe just some fresh chopped tomatoes, garlic and a little onion?

Both good ideas--thanks, ladies!!
Madelyn--things do seem to be better thus far than your experience (it sucks that you have to deal with that...). My first few days I was scared to death b/c I couldn't eat anything...it's getting better, although I'm expecting it to be summer before my body completely adjusts.

Glad to hear it! It'll definitely be awhile before everything is completely adjusted.
Hope all continues to go well!
