what's everyone baking this weekend?

We are having friends over tonight and I want to bake something up...but I'm not sure what yet.  I do know that I want to bake up some coffee cake muffins this weekend and maybe a banana nut batch for breakfasts during the week.

What does everyone else have planned?

Anyway, some impromptu sugar cookies for a coworker's rehearsal dinner next weekend, and half a batch of vanilla mini cupcakes to use up three different types of leftover frosting.

HAHAHA!  I guess my typing skills aren't as good as the use to be...but at least the N was next to the B, so I was in the right area!

I'm making banana cream pie for my niece's birthday tomorrow...the only kid I know who hates chocolate!

I might bake something else today - not sure what yet.  I ran out of granola so I'll probably make another batch.

Maybe some mocha cupcakes with my new ingredients from joy the baker/KAF.  I also need to make some Peanut Butter and Jelly bars for next weekend's BAKED Sunday Mornings but I might do those for a gtg we are having next Saturday.

This morning I made up some pizza dough for either calzones or stromboli that's on my menu this week, and I have some bananas that needs to be made into banana bread. I thought about trying to make PW cinnamon rolls too, they look really good. Maybe some cookies... we'll see what the day brings.

I'm going to make some chewy fruit and nut bars for breakfasts this week.  I have some dried figs, dried cranberries, and walnuts.

I have already baked. I have a pink lemonade gift bag cake due Tuesday... and I have a 2 tier chocolate cake and raspberry cake baptism cake due tomorrow. My Italian Meringue buttercream is already made. Just finishing up the cream cheese for the raspberry tier and the raspberry filling for the chocolate tier.. then the fun begins!

I'm baking some chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins to go with some of the meals I'm making for a friend's parents - her dad just started chemo.

And I have some blackberries in the freezer from the last time they were on sale, I think I might make some cobbler for us too....

DH wants cinnamon roll cake. I want cinnamon roll cookies. Guess I'll have to poll the kids and see which dessert wins. I am not making both because I will eat both! lol
