Bread ?

I have a good bread recipe, but it isn't reaching the height I would like for sandwiches and toast. The recipe's yeast amount seems fine and I really like the taste so I don't want to add more and ruin that.

I think maybe the issues are my yeast is old, but it still proofs really well or the pan. I use (1) glass loaf pan wider than I like and (1) silicone loaf pan also wider than I like. The pans are perfect for banana bread or pound cakes.

I can't seem to find a good bread pan in stores that aren't the same size and will allow the dough to bake upwards instead of spreading to fill the pan.

Should I get new yeast or get a new pan?  If, I need a new pan, know any good narrower ones?
