I'm going stir-crazy for sure. I never thought I'd be so glad to go to work on Monday.
(I know, it's only been a week but I just can't shut up about it)
And H just put me in my place about it.
I have this shirt, it says "Stop B!tching Start A Revolution" I bought it off a hippie at a music fest several years ago. It's one of my favorite shirts but since it's somewhat offensive I wear it as a sleep shirt. I have it on now and I was telling H all about my eventful day. Out of nowhere he says "Well, then start a revolution for the sickly people being terrorized by action movies, rolled up tissues, and Nyquil" ... all in a French accent. Then he starts really going into it and I'm cracking up (more like hacking and shaking uncontrollably) I've NEVER heard him talk in an accent before. OMG the way he said "Revolution", I can't stop saying it... Revolu-TION. LOL
I love that he is so randomly hilarious. Good times, good times.

LOL. Your H sounds funny. You guys are cute! I hope you're feeling better. I think I saw the other day that you have strep throat, right?
My H was off work today so we ran some errands together, then went to the lake for a while. Nothing too funny has happened here, but it's been a good day.
Oooh. The lake? That sounds nice! I think that's something I'm looking forward to the most, lots of lake trips this spring!
Yeah, I'm on day 4 and my throat hurts a lot less but I somehow have a cough and a runny nose. I'm just really dramatic these days. I just think all of the sleep I've had (still have) finally caught up. Ha!
It's a small lake nearby, but I always enjoy going. We mainly just sat on a bench and talked for a while and fed the ducks. It was nice because no one was around today other than a few people fishing so we almost had a whole area to ourselves!
Ugh... 4 days is a long ass time when you feel sick! I haven't had strep in forever but it sounds awful. You have every right to complain, lol.
MH was making ratatouille for dinner and didn't have mushrooms so I went to the store and once I got back he had set up a tent in the living room!

After dinner we went to a new bar that just opened with some friends but now that we're home, we're about to have popcorn and watch a movie inside the tent (and I'll have to leave my laptop out of it...) I'm pretty pumped.
