ISO: Healthy white fish recipes
I'm not too particular about the kind of fish (cod, tilapia, etc) but I do need it to be healthy and relatively low cal. DH is on a raging health kick and my ol' beer battered standby isn't cutting it anymore
Thanks!

I'm surprised you don't like the tomato idea. It's very much like salsa.
my food blog
Ditto this exactly. It's just potatoes, fish and salsa baked together. If it bothers you to used canned tomatoes, make the salsa with fresh tomatoes. Or if you want a really easy dinner, just use your favorite jarred salsa. Your DH shouldn't have any problem with the healthy aspect of this meal.
Bridget - it's not me that doesn't like the tomatoes.
ETA - I shouldn't say "doesn't like" but rather "won't eat".

I like blackening it with some cajun seasoning. Then breaking it into chunks and serving in warm corn torillas. Top with shredded cabbage and mango salso. Fish tacos!
We made this not long ago and it was good!

I had tilapia fajitas the other night at a restaurant...it had a lemony garlic sauce kinda like the one in the link above, and the veggies were not only peppers and onions, but also steamed broccoli and shredded carrots.
