Anyone have any tips for cutting and cooking yucca?
Re: Yucca?
I boiled some after peeling and then sauted it with butter and seasoned. Its a dish call buttered yucca. Yum. Also Highwine21(jehan can Cook blog) who is on this board has a great Guyanese dish with it call Metem. Her link is in my blog. My hubsta is guyanese jamacian and I make it for him all the time.
