Grain-free wrap recipe

I found a great grain free wrap recipe and slightly modified it to make it less in fat. 

 

3 tblespoons ground flax seed

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp baking powder

pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon water

1/4 tsp coconut oil (original recipe called for 1 tablespoon!)

1 egg (I tried with just an egg white and wrap falls apart, must use whole egg)

 

Mix dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients and mix well. Lightly grease a microwavable pie plate (glass or plastic) and pour mixture in. Bake in microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Voila! Let cool about 5 minutes then stuff with your favorite things -- I like grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato.

This wrap is great for those who are grain free diets but want something different for lunch or dinner. Found the recipe from the great book WHEAT BELLY!
