Dessert for Easter
I'm making the dessert for our family Easter dinner. What's your favorite Easter dessert? (I'm looking for a little inspiration)

My sister in law is bring carrot cake. I have no idea why I think of Easter with carrot cake.
I also like anything with pineapple for Easter.
Rhubarb crisp. Martha Stewart's recipe.
You could also make strawberry rhubarb crisp, but you might have to cut the sugar.
White Chocolate & passion fruit mousse and Carrot pineapple Cake are the my favorite Easter desserts.
