So..
We're becoming landowners. My bank is giving me too much for a home equity loan on our house so we're going to see how low the seller will sell the land for and see if we can get it for less than asking price.
Its 19 beautiful acres and we will use it for shooting, paintballing, riding ATVs and stuff like that. Its just for getting away
We just have to get word from the seller. So any day now!

That's great! Are you guys planning on getting a camper or something so you can stay out there, too, or are you going to primarily use it for day trips?
For now, my ILs have a motor home so we'll use that.Eventually we'll get a small travel trailer and use that
