Going out. I don't feel like cooking and he has had a busy weekend working doubles yesterday and Saturday and a catering Friday night. Not sure where we'll go.

**Edit** My girlfriend called and wants to go out for my birthday. DH will probably be working late, so the burgers will probably get pushed back to tomorrow.

Yesterday I cooked the tofu and mixed up the dressing for rice noodle salad with peanut dressing, so today I just have to cook the noodles and chop a few vegetables for dinner to be ready.

I had planned on scalloped potatoes and ham for dinner tonight. It'll be made tomorrow
I made some spicy turkey meat sauce using leftover marinara that I'll serve over rigatoni for DH and DD. I'll be having angel hair and broccolli in a gorgonzola sauce.
DD would eat what I make but the husband is a picky pain in my butt at times. sigh
It was going to be grilled chicken and green beans but I think I am going to make this instead:
