So I'm staring at the exercise log, and I just can't figure it out. (I'm obviously on Stage 1, hah.) From what I can gather, I do 16 different workouts (8 A, 8
, each consisting of 6 different exercises?
I don't know why this is confusing me so, lol.

Yup, that's pretty much it. You alternate between A and B workouts. So it would be: A1 B1 A2 B2 etc.
Then when you do the workouts you do the first move and then alternate the second and third, and then the fourth and fifth. Ex:
deadlift - 2 sets
shoulder press - 1 set
lat pulldown - 1 set
shoulder press - 1 set
lat pulldown - 1 set
lunges - 1 set
crunches - 1 set
lunges - 1 set
crunches - 1 set
