nope, just plain frozen green beans... maybe they're chopped? I was thinking just sauteing them but not sure with what. If I do saute, will I need to thaw first?

When I need a fast dinner I usually use their green beans and a bottle of their red curry sauce. Add chicken, allow to simmer until cooked. During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking add some fresh cilantro and garlic. Serve with cilantro lime rice.

I would just saute them in a little olive oil with garlic and maybe some lemon zest. No need to thaw them first.
