As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm going to find out what my bonus and merit increase is (if any) sometime today. Bonuses are partially based on company results, so I'm not expecting a huge one (damn tsunamis!) but anything would be nice.

I always loved bonus/merit time, even when it wasn't as big as I had hoped. I crossed my fingers hoping that it is a good year for you, despite the damn tsunamis!
