AW: Twinings Pullover

It's finally finished...and finally posted here.  I've been a bad nestie lately.

The picture doesn't really do the cable band justice.  You should check it out at the pattern page, too.

This sweater (by Amy Herzog) was a break from my usual preference of in-the-round, all-one-piece sweaters and I have to say it was kind of refreshing to do a pieced sweater.  There's something to be said for knitting it in discrete portions.

That is until you have to sew it all together...

The only thing I don't really like about it is that the bottom hem curls.  I thought that it would stay flat, since it's a cabled rib pattern, but I guess the cabling took away some of the pull of ribbing.  Will keep that in mind should I ever decide to design my own sweater :)
