I came up with an awesome idea for kale stuffed twice baked potatoes.  They are in teh oven baking right now.  I'm scared to google and check if it has already done, though, because I want so badly for it to be my original recipe.

I'm serving it with black eyed peas and sauteed zucchini.

 That sounds really good!

I'm sick, H offered Chinese take-out. I'll be having egg drop soup, garlic fried chicken and fried rice...if it ever gets here.

 

And...they got most of the order wrong. Neither of our entrees are right. Blah.

I made possibly the most unhealthy meal in my repertoire - buttermilk fried chicken, baked mac-n-cheese and collard greens.  I feel like an elephant but boy was it yummy.
