Senior Dog Bed Rec?

I'm caring for a senior dog who has become incontinent in her sleep b/c of medication. Has anyone had any luck with a particular bed? I've been searching, but I haven't found anything that looks comfortable and would repel the urine w/o simply making her sleep in a puddle or have it roll off into the carpet.

Perhaps you could buy one with a removeable washable cover, then slide a pee pad between the cover and the bed? That's the best I can come up with.
Have you tried doggie diapers?
Yeah, the diapers don't stay put on her. She's a boxer with just a nub of a tail, so she doesn't have that to help hold it and the deep chest and haunch shape don't help either.
Even with a pee pad in-between some leaks into the internal stuffing.
I just feel so bad for her b/c she's miserable whenever she wakes up and sees that it happened to her again.
