How long can you go without your technology?
I will admit the longest I have been without technology (phone, iPad etc.) was one week while we were on holiday at a remote island where I didn't bother to buy the WiFi package.
How long would you go without your smartphone, computer or tablet?

It's terrible but even on my HM DH and I had a laptop and checked email and what not a few times. I'd say the longest I've gone without technology was a day or two.
Unplugging might not be a bad idea, and I'm hoping to be extra good when I go on vacation this year.
