I b!tched about running 3 miles on the treadmill
But I did it. I even increased the speed because you know faster equals shorter time on the dreadmiill. lol. Whatever it takes.
I did bring my running gear to work yesterday but my boss called me for a work review at 4:15 when I was supposed to leave at 4:30. I left the office at 5 and didn't have enough time to run before daycare pickup. Grrr.
Now I realize I need a gym bag.

That's great! Congratulations!!!
My 3 mi. run this morning sucked. I finally gave up after 23 min. and hopped on the bike, instead, for 25. At least it wasn't a total waste!

I actually did 8 miles on the treadmill last Saturday. Too snowy and icy so I was forced to do my long run on there. I watch TV and do intervals which makes it faster. It's all mental.
It sux, but like PP said, it's better than not running! I just think about the end result. I hate it while I'm doing it sometimes, LOVE it when I'm done.
Congrats! The dreamill is torture!!!!
Always feels good when Im done but even a 3mile run feels like a 30mile run!
