I heard something the other day that said the Mayans did not know anything about leap year. Taking that into account, by their calculations, December 21 would have been about 8 months ago.

I agree. I joke about every now and then but reality is that I don't care and I'll be glad to get past it. Just like Y2K.
I'm certainly not freaking out. I think it's all a bunch of bull. More proof people are stupid (as if we needed more.)

Y2K didn't phase me either. I didn't see the point in freaking out. If the world is going to end and man kind won't survive.. we won't survive! Buying 8k bottles of water won't change that.
