Back on track, and it feels great!

I posted last week about my workouts getting off track due to my separation. Well, I've been living on my own for about a week and a half now, and I've gotten in a workout every day for the past 6 days. I feel so much more like myself again! I signed up for a half marathon April 22, and did a long run of 7.5 miles on Monday, and it felt easy! It's amazing to me what working out consistently can do for my mood, and how much it helps me to deal with other crap!

    I went off the rail after my separation and adjusting to being a single mom.  I wish I had gotten off my ass much sooner.
