sweet potatoes...how do you make them?

I usually chop them up and steam them...and add some cinnamon and a little butter to them instead of regular potatoes...

They are great roasted.

They are great mashed.

I LOVE them coated in peanut butter (sounds weird, but it is so good).

I usually bake my sweet potatoes and them smother them in sugar, butter and cinnamon

Baked.  After baking for 45 minutes, slice open and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
